Contact details you give us (name, business, email, phone), information you provide when requesting a Health Check or a call, and, when you engage us, the financial and business information needed to perform the services, including access to your accounting system as agreed in writing.
To respond to your request, to perform the services under an engagement letter, to send you information you have asked for, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information. We send marketing email only where permitted by the Spam Act 2003, with a working unsubscribe honoured within five business days.
Client data is held in LedgerLift's Google Workspace in a restricted organisational unit with two-step verification enforced and external sharing disabled, and in your own accounting system under the access you grant. Access is limited to the engagement team named in your letter, which may include a contractor located outside Australia working under written confidentiality obligations. We use cloud spreadsheet, document and software tools, including AI-assisted tools for receipt capture, transaction coding and drafting, to prepare and check work under the review of a qualified accountant. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia; your engagement letter names the tools used and asks for your consent. Your data is not used to train any model and is not shared with other clients.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, they will be privacy-respecting, will not identify you, and this page will say so. Forms and bookings are handled by Google services under their privacy terms.
