Is read-only access really read-only?
Yes. Xero's read-only Adviser role can view reports and transactions and cannot post, edit, delete or pay anything. You invite us, we tell you when we're done, you remove the user. The guide shows the two-minute steps.
What happens to my data?
It's held in LedgerLift's Google Workspace in a restricted unit with two-step verification enforced and external sharing disabled, used only to prepare your Health Check, never shared with another client, and deleted on request after delivery. The confidentiality letter you sign first says all of this.
What happens after the call?
You keep the score. On the call we show you the options, the Deep Diagnostic, a monthly finance function, or a smaller start with a quarterly check-in from $167 a month, and say which we'd choose in your shoes. If neither fits, that's fine: no pressure, and one reply of "no thanks" stops anything further.
Is this tax or BAS advice?
No. LedgerLift is not a registered tax or BAS agent. The compliance checks report the position your file shows; anything about what it should be goes to your registered agent, and we'll say so.
What if I use MYOB or something else?
Send the exports listed in the guide instead. Same checks, same score.
Why is it free?
Because it's how most of our clients start. It's about two hours of work, capped. If the score shows you're in good shape, you'll know. If it doesn't, you'll know what to do first.
